"I am writing to you, on my own initiative, to commend David on his professionalism, work ethics, and proactive initiatives.
I recently moved from Washington DC, USA to Sydney and started exploring the Sydney job market. Among all the other headhunters I have dealt with (in Sydney the USA), David clearly out-shined the rest on an international scale. David was very prompt in his responses both via phone & email, made sure he crosses all his "T's" and dot all his "I's", but most importantly made sure I was also exceptionally prepared ahead of my interview.
The day of the interview David made sure to call me and mentally prep me up, after the interview he even called me after business hours just to hear the outcome and my initial reaction. David ensured he read my thank you letter before I send it out (I have never experienced that before) to make sure there were no spelling and/or grammar mistakes.
