Introducing Temp of the Month

We have so many fabulous temps working for us and we regularly receive great feedback from the companies that we work with so we decided to acknowledge outstanding performance with our "Temp of the Month award". 
 
It was a tough decision this month, however our first Temp of the Month award goes to Raymond Pelaez who is working at ING Bank, and he receives $100 vouchers from General Pants Co. Well done Raymond!

5 ways to increase your chances of getting that dream job!

Smile – If you are nervous at interview, put on a big cheesy grin, not only will this show your potential employer what a positive person you are, but it actually phsyically helps to calm you down and make you feel more positive. Hey you should be smiling even if you're not nervous!!

Tone down the Chanel – Don’t wear too much aftershave/perfume. Smells linger for a long time in high rise buildings with no windows. You want the employer to remember that great person in interview, not the lingering smell afterwards that keeps current employees choking for the rest of the day – this is quite common, seriously.

Sit up – Too many candidates come in to interview, sit down and slouch, put their heads down and avoid eye contact, or worse still lean back with legs stretched out with their hands behind their heads. Sit up straight, eyes forward, and feel more confident for doing it.

Turn off your mobile – Its such a common one, and such a big no no. Just remember to do that double check before you go in and turn off the mobile. There is no worse thing than having to rummage around in your bag to turn it off mid interview!

Be smart – You’d think it would be obvious, but being smart and groomed for an interview is essential. Get your hair washed, put on your best togs and tuck in all the bits that need tucking, and please don’t wear trainers with a suit!!!! Yes we’ve seen it!

Timesheets!!!!

We want to be able to pay you all on time!! Please remember that timesheets should all be emailed or faxed to us by Monday at 11am at the LATEST . The best time to send them would be Friday afternoon.
