A client service officer is required for an eminent global custodian based in Sydney.

The dedicated client service team was set up to provide assistance to the firm's clients and act as a specific point of contact for the resolution of any day to day queries. Queries raised by clients could relate to issues such as corporate actions, dividend payments or settlement issues.

As an integral part of the team, you will need to respond promptly to any enquiries received by telephone and in written form from clients in a timely and professional manner and to the agreed performance standards.
 
To succeed in this role you will need a polite and personalised phone manner, and will ideally have experience of working in a Custodian or Third Party administration team with a good understanding of the trade cycle.

The role will suit applicants interested in utilising their servicing skills and moving out of a day to day processing role. An excellent remuneration package is available.
