Description:
This thriving Oracle specialist service provider in Oracle Payroll & HR projects, across 30-40 of their large named and public sector client project sites – and requires a Senior Project Manager to join the team.
 
 This exciting company – who are the largest service provider in their area of specialisation in Australia - has a very flat management structure which negates the need for office politics. They specialise in innovative projects, and offer their valued staff members profit share for the company’s continued growth as part of annual bonuses. In addition they are located in cosmopolitan North Sydney so public transport is no issue.
 
This position requires you to lead and manage project teams of technology consultants in the delivery of specific Payroll and HR projects using Oracle technology, business applications and tools.
 
Drawing on your Project Management experience, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Managing project scope including finance planning and high quality deliverables
  • Maintaining stakeholder commitment to the project
  • Motivating and track your team with realistic goals
  • Managing and control contracts and negotiations, and any scope creep or changes
  • Ensuring appropriate productivity and quality metrics are captured
  • Establishing and maintain regular and clear communication and reporting channels between our clients and your team
  • Resolving issues and problems as they occur and escalating them when required
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities
 
Specifically you will need to be able to demonstrate:
 
  • 5-10 years+ Project Management experience, preferably implementing enterprise/HCM software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent financial understanding including payroll management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Experience and confidence interacting with Executive level customers
  • Superior negotiation, contract and scope management skills
  • Strong track record with successful client relationships
 
A bonus is knowledge of Oracle Payroll and HR technologies and/or a Post Graduate degree in I.T, or accounting.

Your package comprises of a $130 -150k base + OTE bonus $30k+
