An exciting opportunity has opened up within one of Australia’s leading consultancy in its field for an experienced Office Manager / Accounts Person / Personal Assistant.

Your key duties will include:
  • Personal Assistant to Managing Director
  • Admin support other Managers and contractors when needed
  • Accounts – Payables, Receivables, Debt Collection (MYOB)
  • Event Management
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Diary management
  • Payroll ( Up to 30 employees)
  • Day-to-Day company finances including contract renewals & commission payments
  • Project work

 

The successful candidate will offer:
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager/PA
  • Intermediate to Advanced MYOB Skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Skills
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Must be mature in outlook and professional in personal appearance
