This could be the dream job you have been searching for! Located in North Ryde this Global company is looking for a Reception guru with at least a year’s office experience to be the face and voice of the organization.
 
Based at front desk, you will not only be the first point of contact but also get involved helping the finance team with administration – your varied day will include:
 
  • Reception, signing in and attending to visitors
  • Answering phones and directing them accordingly
  • Venue / material coordination for functions and training
  • Primary contact  for company business cards
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering
  • Assisting finance team with processing and filing
