This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join this friendly, dynamic team of Customer Service Consultants as part of a busy and vibrant travel contact centre based close to St Leonards station.
 
We are currently seeking 2 high energy individuals with a real passion for travel and previous experience in a customer focused environment keen to establish successful careers as part of this global travel group!
 
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Assisting all sales and service staff with general queries
  • Responding to all assigned emails, faxes and phone enquiries in the shortest and most effective manner
  • Maintaining the highest standard of professionalism at all times
  • Answering any customer service calls dealing with clients and actioning accordingly
 
You will need:
 
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for travel, with or without relevant qualifications in travel / hospitality
  • An outstanding telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
