| Description: Want to work for growing fixed asset planning and management consultancy who have offices throughout Australia but also the Asia / Pacific region? They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work in a small team based in their Sydney Offices, to manage existing projects but to also take on new projects usually ranging in value from $20M to $50M. You will be a Quantity Surveyor who has 5 to 10 years experience with recognised qualifications who has a strong work ethic and is willing to lead a team of less experienced QSs in their professional development. Communication skills will be excellent, both written and verbal, due to the high client contact involved in the role. The role involves all aspects of Cost management including feasibility estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities and contract administration. A commitment to first class customer service and the ability to fit into a team environment are essential. Computer skills are a must. |
