Working as part of a close knit and busy team, your duties will include:

• stock and cash reconciliations
• valuations and cash forecasting
• fund manager liaison
• periodic portfolio reporting to fund managers / clients / asset consultants
• maintaining a record of all trade related activities and dividends / corporate action movements
• mandate monitoring

  proxy voting    

   

  You will gain exposure to international and domestic equities, fixed income, treasury and derivative products and will be expected to ensure clients are serviced professionally to maintain the company's valued reputation. 

   

  An assured and self motivated indivual, you will need to have at least 2 years recent experience within the back office of a fund manager, global custodian or broker. You will be self motivated, thorough and accurate in your work and possess fluent communication skills.
