Our client is a wealth management firm and is eager to attract candidates with a passion for client service, excellent organisational skills and a team player attitude!

Working in a growing, successful and friendly, boutique wealth management firm that is conveniently located near the train station. You will enjoy working as part of the larger administration team who provide support to a team of 6 advisors.

 

Your role will include, but not be limited to –

  • Assisting with administration and follow-up related to the annual review process
  • Prepare mailing/email lists for specific marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing their quarterly newsletter whilst monitoring and results and activity and seeking ways to streamline the existing processes.

 

If you are able to think on your feet, and absorb information quickly, there is certainly the opportunity to take on a more responsibility!

 

The successful applicant is likely to have the following profile:

  • A stable work record, ideally with at least 18 months spent in their most recent role 
  • Have worked in a role requiring them to regularly show a keen eye for detail
  • An ability to meet business deadlines in a timely manner
  • Fluent communication skills - written & spoken
  • A self starter with an assured personality
  • Lateral thinker and natural problem-solver
  • Advanced Excel & Word capabilities
  • ACT! & previous financial services experience highly regarded!
