As Accounts Payable Supervisory you’ll be overseeing the day to day operation of a small Accounts Payable team, with specific responsibilities including:

• Cash forecasting
• Maintaining vendor database
• Foreign currency payments and cash advances
• Managing the performance and effectiveness of the Accounts Payable Officers
• Involvement in ongoing process improvements
• Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately and to the high standards expected
• Ad hoc projects in relation to Accounts Payable

To be successful in this role you must have similar experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisory or Manager role, ideally in a large organization. You must have first class communication skills to represent the Accounts Payable team to the wider business and build relationships with key individuals. You should also have confidence, a collaborative approach and be committed to excellence.
