Our client is a well established wealth management business based in the Sydney CBD. The firm prides itself on it's client servicing capabilities, offering a highly personalised service to their long standing HNW customers.
 
The firm currently requires an experienced office receptionist to provide a professional and high quality service to all clients visiting their offices. Your duties will include arranging couriers, maintaining the boardroom, organising the catering for in house functions and ordering office stationery. The role will also provide you with the opportunity to support the back office team with any ad hoc duties and mailshots. 

The successful applicant will be articulate, well presented and have an excellent telephone manner. The role will require a flexible and customer service focused individual with good Microsoft Office skills. Previous financial / professional services experience is also essential.
