A leading global financial services firm with a vast team of investment bankers, salespeople and research analysts delivering expert advice to clients all over the world.  Serving some of the world’s key corporate and institutional clients, governments and financial intermediaries, they exceed within wealth management and private banking sectors.

The Role

Producing ‘The Australasian Daily Package (ADP)’. A report produced daily, and issued internationally.

• Compiling last 24 hours notes from research analyst team, analysts within investment banking.
• Producing and formatting the ADP from notes gathered (including use of excel spreadsheets)
• Electronic distribution of the ADP through internal and external web-sites.
• Prepare ADP for printing/distribution
• Ensuring that distributions are up to date/accurate
• Maintaining PC files and systems, ensuring that systems are up to date and clear for the next 24 hours.
• Assisting concierge/facilities team
• Telephone queries (minimal)

Your profile

To be considered for this role you will have;

• Strong PC skills (word and excel)
• A working knowledge of excel-based charts/tables/graphics
• An understanding of investment banking industry.
• Attention to detail (essential)
• The ability to work autonomously (essential)
• Must be able to work between 16.00pm and 1.00am Monday to Friday (a paid taxi home will be provided).
• Commit for a minimum of 8 months, with a view to becoming permanent.
