We are looking for a motivated, energetic telesales / customer service person for our IT client in Frenchs Forest. 

 

This position includes taking inbound “warm” calls from clients and potential clients with a view to selling them new Broadband or VOIP products and upselling existing customers.

 

Ideally you will have telesales or call centre experience, but if you do have experience working with a similar product range, this is not essential.

 

You will be part of a very supportive and forward thinking team.  Training will be provided on the product and with an uncapped earning potential, you should be earning commission quickly. 

 

What you will need to bring is your passion for sales and a keen interest in Internet and VOIP products!!

 

Your standard hours would be on a rotating roster between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.  You will also need to be available every 4- 6 weeks to work on a Saturday.  KPI’s are easily achievable too!
