Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking incoming calls and meeting visitors to the office
  • Booking of flights and accommodation for staff
  • Assisting with coordination of annual conference
  • Supporting the Commissions Processing Officer
  • General day-to-day office admin
 
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • High level attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills & accurate typing
 
 
You will be given extension training and be given the chance to truly make this role your own!
 
To be successful in securing this role you must ideally have previous experience working within the Finance industry, be a team player who enjoys client liaison and ‘rolling up your sleeves” and being involved.
