Located in North Sydney , this international organisation provides a vast array of payment processing solutions to their established client base through exceptional service. Working as part of the Sales Operation & Support team you will be responsible for the on-going analysis and management of sales data to ensure all sales based initiatives and objectives are received.
Responsibilities include;

A primary focus on performing a range of data mining, extraction and transformation activities utilising CRM and MS Office tools (In particular Excel)

Providing dashboard analysis / administration and reporting on findings

Provide level 1 support to CRM uses and training when required

Analysis and removal of roadblocks / inefficiencies within the sales process
To be successful in this role;
- You will have exposure to CRM and Sales Management systems preferably salesforce.com (At administrator level)
- Experience in a wide variety of data extraction techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Superb time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate proven exposure to systems analysis reporting
