We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to join our dedicated team of professional Reservations Consultants in our fabulous, central city office.
 
You will have previous experience in Front of House (Hotels), Travel or Reservations and possess an understanding of Reservations procedures and systems. Exposure to Galileo, Fidelio or Opera would be an advantage.
 
 
You will need:

• Retail/wholesale travel or Front Office exposure (6 months +); OR
  
• Prior reservations experience in car hire
  
• Exposure to Reservations Systems such as Fidelio, Galileo or Opera
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• To be proficient in Word and Excel
