As an IT Support Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service across your portfolio of nominated accounts and building excellent client relationships

Identifying and resolving IT queries and troubleshooting, tracking and managing progress at all times
-
Liaising extensively with internal stakeholders including Product Development, Systems Consultants, Implementation Coordinators and Knowledge Managers

Proactively identifying any areas for improvement
-
Effective management of internal systems ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate at all times

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with an emphasis on good grammar and the ability to build excellent customer relationships

Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to set priorities and effectively manage your own time

Strong customer focus, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals

Previous experience in an IT Support role or a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service coupled with qualifications in IT, preferable a degree

Strong MS Office skills and an affinity for technology

HSC is essential or equivalent
