As an IT Support Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service across your portfolio of nominated accounts and building excellent client relationships
  
• Identifying and resolving IT queries and troubleshooting, tracking and managing progress at all times
  
• Liaising extensively with internal stakeholders including Product Development, Systems Consultants, Implementation Coordinators and Knowledge Managers
  
• Proactively identifying any areas for improvement
  
• Effective management of internal systems ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate at all times

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with an emphasis on good grammar and the ability to build excellent customer relationships
  
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to set priorities and effectively manage your own time
  
• Strong customer focus, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals
  
• Previous experience in an IT Support role or a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service coupled with qualifications in IT, preferable a degree
  
• Strong MS Office skills and an affinity for technology
  
• HSC is essential or equivalent
