Description:

One of Australia's premier exhibition organisers, specialising in both trade and consumer exhibitions, having organised exhibitions and trade shows for over 30 years, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast, are currently entering an exciting growth phase within the business.
To deal with this influx of potential business opportunities we are looking for dynamic and highly motivated sales executives to join an established, inspiring division.
Working as a part of the Events Management team, the role shall take responsibility for increasing the organisation’s presence in NSW via a process of industry networking, liaising with existing clients and expanding via creating new market opportunities.

 Other responsibilities will include:

Implementing strategies and fresh ideas to improve events
Tenacious approach to prospecting and cold calling to develop new business
Identify new target markets
Promote service offerings in the marketplace
Coordinate support staff
Consolidate and expand upon existing clients through effective relationship building
Provide regular tracking and reporting on sales activity
Essential skills required:
Exceptional written / verbal communication
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
High level of motivation
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Experience with Excel and Database Management Software
