Our client is a leading financial services organisation providing finance and insurance products with a solid network of branches across Australia .

Working as part of a close knit, friendly finance team of eight and reporting directly to the Finance Manager you’ll be responsible for full function Accounts Payable. Your key duties will include:

• Invoice processing in a medium volume environment
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Payment of suppliers via cheque and EFT
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing staff expense reimbursements
• Other related Accounts Payable functions

As this is a stand alone role, with the support of the finance team, you’ll need to have 2-3 years experience in full function Accounts Payable. You should also have a positive attitude and a friendly personality, be enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated to completing your job accurately and on time. Experience in accounting software is required.

This position has presented itself due to internal promotions within the finance team, so if you prove yourself in this Accounts Payable role there may be an opportunity for you to also progress in the long term.
