| Description: We currently have 2 positions on the Lower North Shore for experienced office administrators who have previously worked in the financial services sector. Our client is a wealth management firm, eager to attract candidates with a sound understanding of the superannuation, managed funds and insurance sectors and the terminology and products associated with these sectors.
Working in a growing, successful and friendly, boutique wealth management firm that is conveniently located near the train station, our client seeks an individual who is interested in pursuing an administrative career. This is NOT a role to use as a stepping stone to becoming a Para planner / Financial Adviser.
Your duties will include logging and handling any client investment or insurance applications, preparing client reviews, printing off Statements of Advice and regularly interacting with HNW clients, Fund managers and product providers. Providing key support to the Financial Planners in the team, you will need to be comfortable handling the more routine elements of the role such as data entry, client filing & scanning.
If you are able to think on your feet, and absorb information quickly, there is certainly the opportunity to take on a more Senior Administration role in 18 months if you prove yourself to be a highly competent performer.
